Our Pastor

Dr. Scott has a phenomenal gift in developing vision and pushing the Kingdom of God forward in our community. Dr. Scott is a firm believer that the church must occupy all mountains of society: the church, the family, education, arts and entertainment, business and finance, media, and government. She believes that her kingdom mandate is education and government; she seeks to work with community leaders in these areas.

Dr. Claudette Morgan-Scott holds a Doctoral Degree in Business Administration and a Masters in Public Sector Management. She is the Senior Pastor and the President of Legacy Center International, in Belton, Texas and worked in the field of education and management for over twenty-five years.

Dr. Scott has been a public speaker for a variety of faith-based events worldwide. She has lectured in Colleges and Universities all over the world, in Social Work and Management. Dr. Scott is the principal owner of her own consultancy firm. Through her vast worldwide experience, Dr. Scott brings a unique opportunity to all clients by empowering company’s visions through the lens of the global marketplace. Her dynamic leadership abilities and innovative ideas have been proven through her various leadership responsibilities.

Apostle C, as her sons and daughters in ministry refer to her, went to America with her two daughters in 2000. She has served in many different areas of the church. Whilst in England, she was one of eight Under Shepherds.

She was also a Sunday School Teacher, A member of the International Liaison Team and the Hospitality Team, which is part of the Administration Team. Apostle Claudette was also the Vice-President of the Open Bible Evangelistic Ministries. She sees her ministry as a deliverance ministry, which includes, Prayer Warrior/Intercessor, Altar Evangelism, Teaching, Counseling, Women’s Ministry and Child/Youth Work.

She has been a conference speaker at various Women’s conferences, and she continues to be invited to be a guest speaker at various church and community functions. Apostle Claudette was also a committee member for an Inter-denominational Women’s Ministry known as Women in the Word, established in England in 1995.

In her role as Apostle, Dr. Scott continues to be very active and operates in the prophetic call on her life. Dr. Scott continues to dedicate herself to assist others and aid them to become successful in their walk with Christ and their life endeavors. She believes that one of her many assignments are to raise and undergird leaders in the body of Christ. Dr. Scott is a visionary advancing the kingdom of God. She has a unique ability to empower others to seek and pursue their God-given destiny and purpose. Dr. Scott has a heart for women in her role as Apostle at her church. Dr. Scott has undertaken several bible courses, which include Search for Truth, Biblical Theology and Preaching as a Profession.

The generational blessings in your life will be unlocked through the word of God.

“Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD, The people whom He has chosen for His own inheritance” (Psalm 33:12).

You will be empowered and equipped through training and development to dominate the seven mountains. We identify and support the potential of every believer.

“How great are his signs! and how mighty are his wonders! his kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and his dominion is from generation to generation” Daniel 4:3).

You will become a kingdom connector who will experience supernatural Expansion, Impact, and Influence. You will become an integral part of the kingdom ecosystem.

“Enlarge the place of thy tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of thine habitations: spare not, lengthen thy cords, and strengthen thy stakes; 3 For thou shalt break forth on the right hand and on the left; and thy seed shall inherit the Gentiles, and make the desolate cities to be inhabited” (Isaiah 54:2-3).

You will be fully immersed in a vision-casting center. That will help you strategize and assist you to navigate your way through ministry.

“Withal praying also for us, that God would open unto us a door of utterance, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in bonds:” (Colossians 4:3).
